Komisi bisa ditolak jika pelanggan melanggar ketentuan yang ada.✦ DO: BL/GL/HL, kemonomimi, gachimuchi/muscle, orekun/non-HL yume✦ CONSULT FIRST: furry, kemono, and couple for normal illust type (might not be confident enough), HL yume✦ DON'T: way too complex detail, mecha, heavy armor, hateful art, comercially forbidden derivative works (eg. sanrio, disney, ghibli, etc), works for NFT or AI usage✦ If you are unsure about the request complexity, you can send me the references first and I will confirm later if I could do the request or not.
Jika tidak yakin soal kerumitan komisi, pelanggan bisa memberikan referensi terlebih dulu dan artist akan mengkonfirmasi jika komisi bisa dilanjutkan ke tahap sketsa atau tidak setelahnya.✦ Maximum revision count is 2 times and only in drafting/sketching stage, so please provide detailed references INCLUDING visual/image references. If the commission result is not suited to your liking due to lack of clear references, I wouldn't be taking any complaints and refund requests.

Jika hasil komisi tidak sesuai harapan dikarenakan referensi tidak jelas, artist tidak akan menanggapi komplain dan permintaan pengembalian uang.✦ All prices listed are base price and could change depending on the complexity of the request.
Semua harga yang tertera adalah harga dasar dan bisa berubah tergantung kerumitan permintaan.✦ Due to excessive ghosting, 50% down payment of base price is necessary to be made once your order is confirmed via chat/email and progress will start once I have received the payment. Full payment of base price first is OK! But if there are any additional fees for add on/complexity/etc, it will be charged once sketch is confirmed or after the piece is finished (along with the rest of the payment, if it's not yet paid).
Dikarenakan banyaknya calon klien yang ghosting, pembayaran 50% dari harga dasar diwajibkan setelah order dikonfirmasi oleh artist melalui chat/email dan pengerjaan baru akan dimulai setelah artist menerima pembayaran tersebut. Pembayaran lunas total harga dasar di awal dapat diterima, sekiranya ada tambahan biaya dari tambahan/kompleksitas/dst, biayanya akan ditagih setelah sketsa dikonfirmasi atau setelah hasil karya selesai (dengan 50% sisa pembayaran juga jikalau di awal tidak langsung lunas).✦ No refunds will be given once the art is paid for. In case such circumstances occur where I'm unable to finish the commission, a partial refund will be issued.
Tidak ada pengembalian dana setelah hasil karya sudah dibayar. Jika ada situasi/keadaan tertentu yang membuat artist tidak sempat menyelesaikan komisi, sebagian pengembalian dapat diberikan.✦ Average working time is around 10 to 90 days. Progress might be faster/slower depending on my condition.
Waktu pengerjaan sekitar 10 sampai 90 hari. Pengerjaan dapat lebih cepat atau lambat, tergantung dengan kondisi dan keadaan.✦ I might cancel a commission if I'm not comfortable or unable to work on it.
